This notice describes how Numac Healthcare Private Limited uses information you submit on this public website. It is not a hospital privacy policy and it is not a consent for processing patient records.
What we collect
Contact, career, and partner forms ask for name, email, phone, organisation, and the message you type. Accessibility preferences (high contrast, larger text) stay in your browser via local storage and are not sent to us.
What we do not want
Do not send prescriptions, lab reports, or names of patients. If you need to report an adverse event, describe the product and the reaction without identifiers unless a pharmacovigilance specialist later asks for them through a secure channel.
Use and retention
Enquiries are used to answer you, to qualify manufacturing partners, and to consider job applications. We do not sell this data. Retention follows ordinary business need and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once operationalised for this processing.
Cookies
This static site does not set advertising cookies. Local storage is used only for accessibility settings.
Your requests
Write to numachealthcare@yahoo.com to access, correct, or ask erasure of personal data you sent through these forms, subject to legal exceptions (for example, pharmacovigilance records).
When a form is submitted successfully, the message is emailed to Numac. A delivery provider may process that email solely to send it. We do not treat a form as received unless delivery succeeds.
