Quality

Quality is the product. Everything else is packaging.

Our quality policy is to market batches that meet the registered specification, from manufacturing partners we have qualified, with a path back to the source if something goes wrong.

Quality policy

  • Comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Rules, and applicable GMP and licensing expectations for marketed products.
  • Qualify and periodically review contract manufacturers; freeze specifications before commercial orders.
  • Control artwork, pack inserts, and claims so that what doctors read matches what regulators approved.
  • Investigate complaints, deviations, and suspected counterfeits without delay.
  • Train field staff never to over-claim, off-label promote, or hide safety information.

What we will not do

We will not switch a manufacturing site in silence, sell close-expired stock into retail as routine practice, or treat a pharmacist’s complaint as a sales objection. If we cannot defend a batch, we will not defend the sale.

Regulatory posture

Product permission

Each brand is tied to a licensed composition and pack. Variations follow the proper regulatory path before stock is shipped.

Labelling

Schedule H / H1 warnings, storage, and composition appear as required. Marketing copy on this website is subordinate to the label.

Distribution

We work through authorised trade. Temperature-sensitive injectables must travel in validated cold chain where the dossier requires it.

Pharmacovigilance

If you are a doctor, pharmacist, or patient and you suspect an adverse event or product quality issue, tell us. Include the brand, batch number if available, and a description. Do not delay medical care to complete a form.
